For Faculty - It is one of the worst environment to work. It is contract basis job. As soon as contact gets over your services will be discontinued. Faculty may get offer letter, May not be. While resigning faculty must inform before 2 months but when they want to discountinue your services you will be notified just 2 days before. If you want to continue you have to beg in written like begger that I have need of job plz continue my services, then your application will be forwarded for review. Your salary will be kept hold for unnecessary reasons. Faculty will not get support from either Director or HOD or Senior Faculty because they have lot of attitude. Faculty never appreciated for their contribution. Increments made on the basis of face reading not on KRA. Only few will get additional duty for KRA. Lot of frustration, Lack of support, underestimation are the major issues.There is no faculty coordination nor friendly environment. New joinee will not be either trained or intimated about system. If something goes wrong by mistake faculty made responsible and issues become big news in the entire institution. I am writing this whole heartedly based on my experience....Read More
