Company was engaged under NHAI for Four Lane Road Project at Shimla HP, but due to COS and some departmental issues it suddenly closed its work.

Dislikes

Everything was good but company wind up its work so could not complete the work.

There is very fabulous work environment and very supportive team in company. My colleagues come from various backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

There is no on job training for every staffs and workers. No any management development programme are conducted.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
