Its a good ground of learning from the scratch. I learn a lot from this facility because its a complete process plant in an offshore production platform. I learned all the production and exporting processes of crude oil.

Dislikes

The only problem I have here is the salary structure and the welfare of the Personnel.

Chesroc is a place one can developed himself when a task is been given to you, how you achieve is your baby which is one big opportunity i fond while working there.

No job security, once you do not come through any of the Director you are a no body. it a place of man known man

very interesting because it full of up and down from the day one, imagine coming to a new place of work no work station no system to work with, the system i use till i departed was bought with my personal money. but it a very good ground.
