Good work environment & culture Team mates are supportive & the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, salary increment policy is not good. I am join this company 2016, experience 7 years salary fixed 12000/- . Now 6 years experience in Chennai Radha Engineering Works but till now salary 18000/- 13 years experience. There is a lot of politics & Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good & career growth is slow. Here is a bond of 6 years.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training season. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats & that helped me get a teste of different roles within the same team.
