Good explore of oil & gas for graduated , diploma and beginners of engineers. Good company with good explore of field work on oil & gas industry which we can learn in maintenance, project, execution, etc., were graduated diploma and engineers will have a good learning point from the basics.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
