Likes

Only advantage is exposure to the variety of job. Also learning is unlimited. Not a permanent stoppage for professionals.

Dislikes

Not a good professional atmosphere to work. Salary also is not that decent. Career growth is not that good within the company.

Work Details

Only the job is interesting to me. Learnt many things on the job. Various posts helped me earn tastes of different roles in the same firm.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
