It is very friendly and energetic environment in Chemtrols. All seniors are very supportive and all teammates are very cooperative. Job security is good. career opportunities are there but poor management. Salary / appraisal is not as per expected or company standard. Rest of that is ok but there is lots of things to improve.

Company management is very poor. Appraisal system is very very poor. Deserved engineer are not getting actual value of their efforts.

I am working with Chemtrols from 2014. Initially i was looking after the RTU I&C activities of eastern region under ERLDC SCADA up gradation project. After that I was involved in Control Centre I&C. Now I am looking after the AMC activity of ERDLC project

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
