Time Management: Chemtex was the best place to time management.. Because, they've the flexibility of timings.. Which is called "TIME ADJUSTING". You can learn so many things from office and work culture.

HR POLICY: Noone obey HR rules and also HR not bother that. Appraisal: appraisal is not depend on your performance.. It depends on how much you're sharing your personal life's story with your HOD. Work Culture: Firstly said, Worst work Culture.. If you work then noone gives you the appreciation.. They've only interest in your perso nal life. Some groupsim always there. I didn't wanna mention anyone's name.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I've left the job just for the worst politics and the worst groupsim</mark>.. Even there've some people who enjoyed back bitching about you to HOD. Also there've one group of people who are ready to buttering the management. It's a total decoy, products are good, but the inside support is zero. Whenever customer feels problem company wash its hands off and retreat. Job timing was good. It was a 10 am to 7 pm job.

Dislikes

No proper training was provided to employees. Salary and increment was terrible. All was ok but in case of giving salary the management started crying. The power of some 10 pass ordinary people was more than highly qualified (diploma, btech) educated employees. So many dirty politics were play ed by them in case of leave, late coming and many others thing</mark>. HR policy was just rubbish. The HR was just a puppet of the company's CEO. They've no right to take individual decision. Internal selection of employees was not good. Nothing is there. Company works on dirty politics, Senior employees who don't know how to write in English only stays there by oiling the directors. Directors are also don't have any eyes to look what is wright or what is wrong. Pathetic company, think before you join

Management are useless, toxic culture, nobody stays here for long time. Only who can do oiling are the suitable employees of this company
