1. Very Good learning experience. 2. Supportive Colleagues.

Dislikes

1. HR is useless always buzy on phone. Asks for feeback but can't handle when given a honest feedback. 2. HR changes policies in the Handbook without intimidating the employees. 3. No proper leave policy. 4. HR is extremely Greedy has already resigned 3 times to get her Salary increment but when hardworking people ask for an Increment they are treated badly. 5. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
