I would like to share my honest feedback about my experience, particularly concerning the work culture and leadership. The company's official work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, which I initially found reasonable. However, in practice, the work-life balance was significantly disrupted due to frequent last-minute tasks assigned by management, often requiring employees to stay late into the evening, sometimes as late as 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM. This practice created by Rohit Kumar create unnecessary stress and made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. One notable concern was the behavior and attitude of Mr. Rohit Kumar in my experience, his approach to leadership often leaned toward negativity.
