They keep on giving additional work without authority in designation and grade. Only one way communication magt. Not interested to listen to you what u have to say. HR policy is very bad. Strict rules for leaves, even if u have leaves u can't avail. lot of restrictions if u are applying online. Very old company with old and egoisticpeople, work culture is very traditional. If you are joining specially in HR be very careful they are developing software called one team if u are going to work or taking lead you are in hell. MGT is going to pressurized you like anything and they I'll make u feel unproductive. U I'll get firing from them for no reason. Software is the backbone of the company but here everything is a mess. Pls ask your job profile in writing before joining the company, they create job description as per thier requirement not as per your expertise. MGT don't trust thier manager's at all. Also check your reporting before joining the company or else u I'll end up directly reporting to management even if you are at junior level. Current HR manager is very bad with people, he I'll make sure u won't initiate new hr practices and u are out of the organisation. He is born in chembond and he is going to die there only. He make sure no one goes or survive above him. Has good support from magt. so u I'll end up struggling your place/ identity in the company....Read More
