Shody practises, policies. Bare minimum trainings are conducted. They outsource their workload to different e-learning companies and their projects change overnight - I was working as Q&A expert and then suddenly I was made QA reviewer with only 1 day notice. The academic credentials of their in-house QA experts are doubtful becausetheir judgements often contradict what traditional text books teach. Since few employees are working here from last 5-10 years they formed a clan and treat everyone like their slave which basically impacts the reputation of the company and this so called clan includes senior managers as well.

There are heavy policies at the HR department level(Delhi), and the higher management is completely flawed. Due to bad decisions made by the Content Operations department, the company will be destroyed in two years. The leaders are not listening to the voices of ground-level experts (SMEs)

There are a lot of things to dislike: Management is very poor. Specially the HR head. There is a lot of favouritism done. I can vouch that for the content team which i was a part of. The managers within this team were people who hardly knew what they were doing. If there is any task of just talking gibberish, then they are master of it.

Mind boiling pressure at work. Manager calls you after work at any time even at mid night and give you work which needs to be completed and sent on email on the same night. No patience from top management. They are continuously putting pressure on everyone. Company has removed more than 40℅ of the workforce. Silent layoff is going on for so long as well. Chegg is on the verge of shutting down.
