They outsource their workload to different e-learning companies and their projects change overnight - I was working as Q&A expert and then suddenly I was made QA reviewer with only 1 day notice. The academic credentials of their in-house QA experts are doubtful becausetheir judgements often contradict what traditional text books teach.
