Nothing to like here, except they give some opportunity to fresher to start their journey.

Dislikes

They forced to work for 12 hrs No work-life balance Seniors will hand over everything to their juniors Management people are always involved in micromanagement. If you are on leave still expect to get calls and you have to receive every time and help them. These things are not only for nursing rather for all the departments.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
