One of the best companies I have ever worked for.Smart and driven colleagues.Strong culture makes it fun to work here.Employees given large responsibility relatively early in their careers. If you are looking for a career change or a job look no further.

As of now there is no work at home option, hope in future management wil come up with some solutions.

My experience was very good with chandusoft. Management group, team leaders, and the project manager. easy access to all juniors. the cafeteria is good and well maintained.

Dislikes

We have to depend with management for every action we take. There is an approval process before we send any mail to clients. this is a cumbersome process which take long time in replying. Client is facing issues because of this.

Please don't join here, No growth no proper hikes.

Dislikes

NO growth, no proper hikes. People working there for 3-4years with the 2lakh package. Horrible management and CEO. Should contact the CEO for any HR related queries. Most of the time he'll be unavailable. He wouldn't come to the office on a daily basis so any queries we need to call him but get to talk to him only after multiple attempts.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
