You are liable to work till office hours only. They don't fire easily as they give few opportunities for their employee. Salary is ok

Company's work management is worst. They still rely completely on paper work. Old managers don't want to implement automation process or online process for work. No proper policy for maximum of no. things. Upper management don't want to take any type of responsibility nor they want to delegate some powers to lower-level management due to which the vendors working with them suffer the most.

The semester exchange program at CU are a game changer for both faculty and students. The exposure to different teaching methods and cultures are invaluable. The institution commitment to these programs increases it as a global learning hub.

Dislikes

The regular feedback meetings can be so insightful that it’s hard not to leave with a list of exciting new ideas to implement in my teaching- a testament to the culture of continues improvement

If i had to pinpoint something,it would be that sometimes we have so many exciting projects that it's challenging to decide where to focus first .But that's a testament to the abundance of opportunities here!

No growth, being a yes man works like a charm, no appreciation and appraisals are worst. Zero retention rate. Management's ego is the only ruling factor here.
