Everything. A person of associate director level abused me several times but no hearing at the management level. The VC (March 2024 - August 2024) himself abused me in front of the whole teaching staff. There is no one to hear of the pain of the employee who are outsiders. It's all a mess. I have been working from very long. Now the management is asking there employee to give good ratings in Ambition box and glassdoor. This is one of the worst University to work with. Zonal managers are just gao-wala-chhapris ,they will abuse you and threat you. No job security they can mail you anytime "Tommorow would be your last working day". They don't care about your career. They don't give how much revenue you have given. Unrealistic Targets of addmission. Each executive has to 120+ admission per year. They will ask you to give admission for December and close down there admission at octuber. No commission, no bonus, no increment, no growth,...Read More
