I love the campus, it's just so beautiful that the walk back from work erases every single stressful moment from the day. The faculty is helpful, the staff right upto the security guards is so helpful that you won't ever feel lost. Salary is always on time and HR dept is cooperative too.

Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.

No proper policy for maximum of no. things. There is no job security. A day prior the chancellor will be all praise for you and the next day you will be told to leave the organisation. The HR head is into politics and is always trying to grab the power in all the departments. The departmental heads also are afraid of the HR head and go all out to please him. The HR head himself is having an affair with a former acting HOD of one of the departments. That lady is now working in the examination department after her colleagues refused to work with her. Without proper communication suddenly fire people actually they don't fire, they will say employees to put resignation paper.
