I really feel honor to share my experience of Chandan Healthcare, My Seniors and colleagues are very professional and highly qualified and i have learned a lot under their guidance. I have worked in Mumbai and Delhi and as per experience, there are few companies where you find professional environment, career growth and work satisfaction and Chandan Healthcare is one of them.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
