"Salary deductions are made without any explanation. Sometimes they deduct 30%, and other times 90%. No one answers your questions about the deducted salary. If you ask the payroll team, they send you to the manager, Nick James, and Nick directs you back to the payroll team. They calculate your salary based on a 30-day month but deduct it based on the actual working days. Other issues include a smelly bathroom with no lighting, and the bathroom is only cleaned once a week. The system you work on is outdated; other companies have discarded it, but this company collects and asks you to work with it. If you plan to work at this company, be sure to carry mosquito repellent or apply mosquito cream, because there are so many mosquitoes that it's hard to work properly, and the company doesn't care about it. The worst part is that you get no support from your manager, Nick James or Raj Shaw, as he is always busy eating. Out of the 9-hour working day, he spends almost 3 hours eating. If you need to ask him something, you can't approach him. If you do, he'll start shouting at you, and only a few of his favorites are allowed to go near him.
