There are no defined job responsibilities even for the department heads. You have to work as per the instructions of plant head, though it is not in scope of your job you have to do. If it goes well he gets credit and if it gose otherwise then you are are non-performing. False reporting about middle management and staff below them to the management. No job security. No corporate policies for staff, Different treatment to staff in different plants. Nonprofessional management. Will never recommend anyone to join at any level....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
