I have joined this company 2 year ago they just keep on promising good but they suddenly ask you any time to leave the job because until you keep on saying boss is right your job is secure and then you have to leave there is 0 job security and they do false promises

As per L1 Manager confirmation they will treat very bad, and and don't have job security they remove employee any time without any intimation, Not looking perfomance and Hard working employee, They will see good employee only for manager bucket. Company is good but Management is not good.

for everything No matter how good work you have done, your rest of the manager and senior staff keep you below and even if you commit a mistake, they do not support you.
