Job security is high. Employee friendly organisation. Colleagues are supportive.

Dislikes

1- Compensation for existing employees to be corrected. It’s below market standard. 2- Learning gets stagnated after certain time and there is no proper career progression. 3- only few employees in the team gets higher visibilty despite giving ur best which leads to dissatisfaction at times

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
