I am talking about year 1997, when I have joined CG. I don't know present situation , culture, job security, etc... In my time, Ihave learnt what is sales. Got massive trainings in all fields. CG is a good institution for learning. Good repo in the market. So, mainly, or a fresher, it's a good start, if they got the job there, irrespective of salary part. More important to get the job, whatever they will offer, or location , accept it. Never choosey. Try to learn from seniors and from customers. Speak less and listen more with smiling face, a good tool in sales. Thank you....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
