There's opportunity to learn through training and on the job, you are also given the room to use own initiative of necessary. Team mates are helpful, we compliment and encourage each other to achieve greater heights.

Dislikes

Poor salary structure, poor management in relevance to decision making, too much politics and low level workers are often discriminated against and disrespected, especially technicians. Top management doesn't factor workers in decision making. Poor communication, backbiting among workers, managers take what their told about a co-worker as the truth without verification.

Work Details

Used to be quite exciting and challenging, loved the challenging side of it but now the company of on the brink of collapse because of bad management. Its actually feels awful working at CFAO Equipment now.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
