Company policies are more liberal and employee friendly for marketing staff. New company management people do not care about old company employees and giving not fare treatment. Work culture in finance department is not healthy and not allowed to take ownership approach and more prone for employees who are go getters.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal are not done taking in to the consideration efforts taken by an employees. Moreover this activity is always personal biased. No job training was given by the new owners

Work Details

i did all types of finance and accounts function basic from voucher preparation till finalization of accounts. I handled taxation, internal audit, statutory audit, secretarial matters, MIS, costing, debtors and creditors analysis, Legal matters.

Work days: Monday to Saturday
