i would like to share my own experience. i have working with cetpa since 2019 they provide a very good work culture for all employees. seniors and directors so experienced so they motivate and try to upgrade freshers. now if we talking about company so It is very reputed IT training company in 4 other places in India ( dehradun/noida/roorkee/lucknow). they provide both online and offline training for all . overall my experience is so good so far till now. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
