Enviromental satisfaction. I don't find much of growth in terms of 5 to 10yrs tunnure but i believe there is much improvement can be done retaining the existing employee by attending the concerned areas. Salary or appraisal process needs to be worked on more for more alignment and balance with work load and JD value. Innovations is something that Century always take up and very good initiaves are taken for development. The org is very Open to adopt technologies. Dislikes

Compensation and work pressure is not fairly distributed and growth is slow. Work load is not equally distributed and potentiality or stregnths of individuals are not properly noticed or indulged Which obstrat growth.

Work Details

I look after procurement of It hardware n software, commercial items e.g. infra related mobile and asset and services. Apart of it i raise purchase orders for entire marketing and branding items and services for referred vendors. Sap user.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
