Friendly atmosphere with the collogues and a good opportunity to gain lot of knowledge about the technical subjects and motivated Environment around me. These are some likes about working at Centurion Software Solutions Private Limited

Dislikes

Only one dislike to mention is it take lot of time to be promoted to next level and Company is far away from my home town so that I can't able to reach my home when there is any medical emergency.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
