I had overall good experiance though there are few area on work life balance where as we senior leaders should have focussed on. Learning is excellent so are the targets, which sometime newcomers face in delivering and hence start disliking the organisation

As a leader i always put my team and my customer first and this was well praised by my management.. The company is jnto multiple business and throws great opportunity for good talent. Good salary and good career path for deserving candidates

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
