Likes

A good environment. Cooperative. Team leaded by experienced officers. Good guidance. Opportunity to develop. Attractive surroundings with pollution free air.

Dislikes

Less honorarium. Payment not as per performance by staff. No HRA as well as transportation expenses. CLAWS does not has good transport connectivity thus excess expenditure on transportation.

Work Details

I feel pride to be associated with CLAWS as I recognise myself still serving in Defence as earlier to my retirement. A good environment guided by experienced officers.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
