Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Chilled out colleagues, flexibility, work environment and they conduct seminars, which not only expands your knowledge but also helps in your development.

As, it's an NGO, You don't get any compensation.

Work Details

There were 8 themes for the research work and we had to choose one. Then we read about the topic and developed our own questionnaire for the survey. The end result was a published research paper in your name. The same paper was also presented to GNCT.
