A premier government organisation and largest para military of the world. It has a lot of scope for personality development, excellent communication skill development,regular interaction with different type peoples , handling of various situation and strong man management skill.

Dislikes

Only frequent un- planned movements.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
