Working at Central Potato Research Station is overall a good experience. It's a good platform to enhance your skills regarding field work and enhancing your knowledge about the various field crops. Staff is also supportive.

Dislikes

Well if talk about dislike or demerits, sluggish growth and you may receive call from farmers any time.

Work Details

My key roles are to guide farmer's regarding the best use of technology for the advancement and increasing the production. Within this we do surveys in different areas for their crop pattern & crop production.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
