Likes

Senior colleagues are very co-operative and quite friendly environment. As per workload salary is not satisfactory but work relaxation is there. Management is very thoughtful and very familial environment.

I was there from the day 1 of the inauguration. It was my second home. Healthy work culture with good staffs and I have learnt so many things about teaching while I working there.

I worked as a pre primary teacher. Have to maintain Play Group, Nursery Classes Daily log book. Monthly curriculum, Weekly Worksheet.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
