There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very poor. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. They want lots of lot work but they give nothing.

The company is so worst to work in. Teammates are always ignoring they are very selfish. Seniors are always mad at you blaming you all the time.
