The institute is open to promote the Entrepreneurs and to create the enterprising culture among the society .The institute has given full liberty to us to design the strategy of launching the training program for getting better result of training program.

Dislikes

Career growth & opportunities,job security,compensation & benefits, and current culture is not good .these are not satisfactory.

Training and management ,liaisoning with sponsors , monitoring ,project proposal preparation,industrial consultancy ,counselling for students and unemployed youths their career building.

The out source Agency are very slow.... For every work.... Like salary etc....

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
