I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

It is a small organization but the work an employee deals is great. The exposure is great as one gets directly to work on the client project within the training period. The support of tools is limited but not insufficient. The colleagues are helpful with the work.

Dislikes

One needs to be clear with the paper work (Contract, Notice Period, Pay) as the organization lacks in this area about tracking such information.
