Salary is not given on time, all employees are unhappy due to management don't address the issue. They keep your two months salary with him, in addition 2-3 month notice for 20k job. No one hears employees.

Dislikes

Workload is huge, overloaded even if you try to be honest. Working hours is too long 10-11 hours per days with strict timing. They cut unjustified salary which you know when it comes to your account. Official Sunday off but in reality all 7 days working, if you oppose your salary will be cut.

Very worst. Please dont ask about work life. No employees hold there 5-6 month. That's why they recruit freshers only. Because they have no experience. This is not a company, but is a blood sucking animal i.e. demon. They don't mind if you die out of work
