Everything about company. They use CBA name to cover the start up company bankwest in India. If you're assigned to Bankwest in CBA then don't expect the MNC culture there. Pure indian toxic management. No work life balance and if you question them about all the initial talks about MNC work culture all, then they will consider you asincompetent and hold your STVR. I got 5% last year...worst experience. Again all depends on your manager too.. don't choose Bankwest. If it's CBA I heard it's good....Read More
