Helps to learn Rockwell, Mitsubishi plc and hmi software. Salary hikes will good for freshers.

PF is fixed so, it's not useful considering for a long term. Work timings is too long. More than 12 hours spent for work (1 hour travel). Career growth is less. Just copy paste in most of the project.

Poor work culture, poor management, poor facilities like downgraded old pc models and slow pc, slow internet connectivity, but expect more results without input. Mobiles not allowed using phone is also restricted. They use to spy even if you go to toilet. Working in some government holidays, school timings - 8:30 to 5:30 strict, if 5 mins late they will blackmail to kick out of job. 2 years bond for freshers. The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a different roles. Learnt lot of things without anyone guide. Very challenging job.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
