The good thing about working at cellugen is that its a 5 days working work place. if u work 6 or 7 days in a week u can claim comp offs as per your convenience.

Dislikes

Everything else is worse. 1. There is no learning scope over there. Lab Head and R n D heads are super insecure people in this company. 2.They will not train you or mentor you anything as they should. Every time i went to them, i was told " sorry , but i am busy" . 3. The company bosses are out of reach, though u will see them everyday. way to get in touch with them is via team heads, and they wont let that happen as they cant have their teams screwing them over. 4. New comers can forget any growth unless they are 3 years old, and you will not be given anything new during that duration since heads cant have you take up the credit for anything. 5. employees have their own businesses running on the side and these ones pay less attention at work since they are a few years older at the organisation. hence their entire work goes to juniors. i have personally suffered and hence advising "if you join, understand your senior and stay away from them, coz they wont mentor you but give you scarps to finish for them". NO LEARNING AND NO GROWTH. 6. ANOTHER MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE, SALARIES ARE DELAYED BY OVER 5 MONTHS FOR SOME AND NEVER EVER ON TIME. people who have quit a few years ago, still haven't received their final settlements.
