The company is Good but the environment that has been there is not good at all. Teammates are supportive. Owners are also good.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics. Salary is decent. Some of the old worker behave as they are the boss. Job security is not there at all. In this pandemic time they have laid everyone from the job.

Work Details

Job is quite interesting. I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training, but my team has supported me a lot. And there was also support from the management.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
