Ceat gives equal opportunity to each and every employee... It primary focus is on safety and then after quality. Work condition/environment is full of energy and enthusiasm bcz of very young professionals. Internal departmental transfer happens.

Ceat provide a good opportunity for a new starter. Ceat provide all tipes of training before starting work on soft floor. Salary structure is also very good. Work environment is very enjoyable. All over experience is very good 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
