Working time was fixed 8 hours including breaks, salary was credited on time, job security even during covid there was no one forced to left job, company policies were good.

learning opportunities was less, one will get stuck to one department, less chances of promotion, sometimes we are forced to work overtime if required by company.

As I say above that some weak point of this factory...for career growth as well as for appraisal very disapointing factory...also they are not prepare any travelling work...this some points are disappointing otherwise overall ceat is good...

Unwanted smells are coming sometime, smells depend on the type/size of tyre. Need to give maximum training to new udaan which will helpful for learning and give the other opportunities to seniors for their development which will be trained to their junior
