They work and make you work like labours not like employees. Let me explain: if there is a new problem/task in work, people (seniors) should talk and discuss with few other staffs and design a solution so that next time it is made sure that, that problem doesn't arise at all or in worst case it is delt with asap. But here they willjust say "do it" this way and you all will be doing it in the least efficient way and might also mostly end up as worthless effort. Work Details

Very heavy workload. Even at home we will have to be ready to attend calls and do work. No holidays, mostly even Saturdays are cut off, and sometimes even Sundays. And the sad part is contractual staffs won't get any extra compensation for the over time.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
