Upper leadership team will change very frequently without giving KT to a new leader that will cause loss of your as new leadership will not be aware about your work and promotion will be given to new hires. If you are working more than 2 years here, then upper management will thing, you are not getting better opportunity outside and they will treat you as granted and less preveledged.

1) Average appraisal is 10 %. 2) There are no chance of travel . 3) Politics is very high even some doing full days chaplushi . 4) There is no learning because all project are internal.And it is a product based company. 5) There is no KT process for new team member. Without any KT he assign the task in Sprint.And he forced you to complete the task within time frame any how.

Dislikes

1) Previously job security was good .But till now job security is less . Because new management fire even higher position employee.He does not give you any time before firing. 2) There is no learning life time you will work on same project. 3 ) Follow agile methodology for project management .

There is no party only work .Most of the team enjoy the party by self contribution.

Unsatisfied, no job security and work life balance is zero now. Managers have no capabilities and team members have to sacrify all time. Major partiality and politics done here by two top level men.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
