Work life balance is good & many much to learn & practice on skill development. Working Environment is also very good each & every employee are humble and politely behaviour, last but least salary is on time on every month end.

Dislikes

They totally depends upon client satisfaction which is really good things but truth realty is if client employee do something fishy or politics says need to fire this person they straight away not brother about you & your position, they not even take any stand for your if you are a good performer also will fired 🔥 you with immediate effect.

Compensation as then that is billed from the client, so that you can negotiate according to client budget.

Dislikes

Working at client location is not good, as you don't feel worth working there, treated as vendor and not as a direct. CBRE is a good company to work for but then work directly in CBRE office yo get all the benefits and you may see your growth, being at client location no scope for growth. Working at client location will make you feel neither you are CBRE nor the client.

Good or bad depends on what is your job location, whether office (good) or site (may be bad)

Dislikes

If you are deployed at site then you will get less worklife balance. Because your office hours are dependent on clients requirements also you will have to work 6 days a week. If you are selected in office then they may give you wfh on Saturday's again it depends on department you are working in

Dislikes

There work culture, work life balance it’s totally not there. Your life will become hell. They have in house US projects but you need to login early in the morning and you need to wait till US team joins and you need to support them. Till 10 pm ist. No one care about your health. Even if someone will die they will replace next day.

The best thing about working at CBRE is that I always get paid on time, and the firm never thinks twice about disciplining us for even minor faults.

Dislikes

One of the things I noticed most about CBRE is that, in order to maintain its value, the company prioritizes its reputation over the future of its employees and pays little attention to their development. The supervisors there aren't afraid to damage employee morale or demotivate their progress, which is something I've only seen in my 25 years of career.

Globally it’s good but when it comes to India it’s not average. People are working there because there is no better option available in the market as this type of nature of business is mostly outsourcing and company doesn’t pay well to its employees

Job security Work life balance 6 days working and No overtime to on-site FM team. Learning is limited Promotion and salary hike is biased Job vacancy is available within the company and same region but they don’t offer to existing employees and hire from outside. Job Security. Work with multiple top clients Holidays as per client requirement. I good sat-Sunday off 🙂 as my client is from IT.

No proper hike, even some people got 3k hike on salary. I was a senior manager and I communicated that follow 03 years strategy with your junior if you want to grow- In first year provide low hike, in year two a hike of 10-12% with a sweet 🍬 goli of promotion and finally in 03 year nominal hike with promotion.
