CBRE is a good company, but growth is limited. They make many promises, but when it comes time to deliver, they waste your time and nothing happens. Even if you excel in everything, promotions never come. While everything else may be fine, there's no room for advancement.

CBRE company is very good. Although it’s depend on the sites which CBRE is working for, I am currently woking for CBRE amex account which has a very bad and pathetic culture in all the areas.

Team is not supportive. In case of no work, we have to show our productivity. They will give you any work which is even not come in your area. Very pathetic and depressing work culture and environment. Not a single employee is happy with this team management.

politics, management only concerned about saturating people with work, would start crying from December about how there's no money for appraisals and that we're lucky we have a job because there's a recession, they will award themselves promotions and double-digit hikes at the expense of their reportees

Good or bad depends on what is your job location, whether office (good) or site (may be bad)

Dislikes

If you are deployed at site then you will get less worklife balance. Because your office hours are dependent on clients requirements also you will have to work 6 days a week. If you are selected in office then they may give you wfh on Saturday's again it depends on department you are working in

There work culture, work life balance it’s totally not there. Your life will become hell. They have in house US projects but you need to login early in the morning and you need to wait till US team joins and you need to support them. Till 10 pm ist. No one care about your health. Even if someone will die they will replace next day.

We like about onshore team,food and hybrid work.

Only one person is leading the entire company. The manger brought all his friends and do favoritism in terms of promotions, hikes, leaves and work allocation etc. Badly he brought his HR colleagues into company also. Hence, all the things happens as per his will and wish.

Globally it’s good but when it comes to India it’s not average. People are working there because there is no better option available in the market as this type of nature of business is mostly outsourcing and company doesn’t pay well to its employees

Job security Work life balance 6 days working and No overtime to on-site FM team. Learning is limited Promotion and salary hike is biased Job vacancy is available within the company and same region but they don’t offer to existing employees and hire from outside. Job Security. Work with multiple top clients Holidays as per client requirement. I good sat-Sunday off 🙂 as my client is from IT.

No proper hike, even some people got 3k hike on salary. I was a senior manager and I communicated that follow 03 years strategy with your junior if you want to grow- In first year provide low hike, in year two a hike of 10-12% with a sweet 🍬 goli of promotion and finally in 03 year nominal hike with promotion. No transparency in additional benefits or allowances. No Reporting Manager will inform you about applicable allowances until you stuck in career. They are using as a strategy, when employee plan to go out. Overall, it's kind of employee friendly company for those who sitting in corporate offices. Management, even do not worry about site deployed resources.
