The culture of the company is good, even when a contract is lost you are not immediately terminated from the employment and are allowed to be at the office until you are deployed at a different site (in most of the cases).

Dislikes

1. The leave Policy - the Sandwich leave policy is the most draconian things I have come across in my life - If you are taking leave on a Fri & Mon the Sat & Sun is considered leave instead of being considered weekly off., why would anyone loose their weekends. 2. Also the number of leaves given for the Bangalore team is very less (compared to employees from other Cities).
